New patients require a new patient appointment, please select the appropriate type for you. If you are scheduling for your child or anyone other than yourself please create a new profile for the patient or use the existing patient profile under “Family Members” in the “My Account” section. Do not schedule the child’s appointment in the parent’s name. The online booking system is available for current, previous and new patients. If it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment a re-assessment is required, please check your last appointment date under “My Account” above to determine the appropriate appointment type. Booking by Office instead of by Doctor may show more availability. If you do not see the time or day you would like to come in please call the office during business hours Monday-Friday.
